1. The projects and their complexity is very helpful for young professionals to learn and grow. 2. TLs are very professional and helpfull in terms of guiding juniors . 3. Shared responsibility is one thing i really appreciate. 4. The work culture is very uplifting and that helps to keep the monotonous daily life little intresting.

1. Work from home faculties are only available for a very limited time , and often that creates problems managing family and work together 2. No pickup and drop transportation facilities.
