The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality poducts and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire region sales and distribution life cycle as well manage day-to-day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a sales person gets tiring and task is slightly repetiti.

Max staffs at Bengaluru branch are professional and offer support when required.

South Region Head is a puppet of one of the Sr. GM and no other managers have power. This sr.gm doesn't have and knowledge related to ticketing or visas. No over time pay, have work on Sat/Sun most of the time without extra pay. Appraisal is average, that too decided by sr.gm only.. Though people say sotc/thomas cook do not pay incentives, mine is pending from 1 year now that I am out of Org. it will not be paid. For one's to get incentive individual have to handle multiple accounts, basically person should forget about his personal life.
