What ever knowledge you have gained in your life. All will be lost here. Pathetic management. People don't have basic courtesy. No basic ettiquets. Illiterate staff and have poor knowledge. Nothing new to learn in sotc. Every next person is looking for a job change. Job security is zero. Disgusting management ruined sotc.

Overall company is very good... HR / Finance team is cooperative.... Operation s management is very poor.. No Escalation matrix followed... During joining it was committed to work for 05 days... But after probation period- i had to forced for 06 days... I experienced, my implant was not operational for Saturday. Even though, thereporting manager (Rishi wadhawa) forced to go for alternate implant on saturday which is open.... This really looks down for such a renound organisation... there are a number of examples which cannot briefed.. The worst experience during leaving the organisation- Reporting manager Rishi wadhawa communicated via mai which was really overwhelmed... He marked the inputs with individual comments... But, no one from the senior management took responsibility... I didn't get my last month payouts... Very disgusting experience.....Read More
