South Region Head is a puppet of one of the Sr. GM and no other managers have power. This sr.gm doesn't have and knowledge related to ticketing or visas. No over time pay, have work on Sat/Sun most of the time without extra pay. Appraisal is average, that too decided by sr.gm only.. Though people say sotc/thomas cook do not pay incentives, mine is pending from 1 year now that I am out of Org. it will not be paid. For one's to get incentive individual have to handle multiple accounts, basically person should forget about his personal life.
