If you are a Franchisee staff expect salary on 15th and sometimes u will get on 20th (if they give cheque). They want sales people. Dont give a damn about service and youwill end up in consumer Forum. Very risky if you have existing clients. SOTC has worst service when it comes to FIT. Need to work on Sundays in the name of Holiday Bazar. You need to lie and sell. The more you lie here the higher you go.
