Good work environment, our team leader is too much supportive. Working culture are average, join SOS and experience by your own

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, even increment is also below expectations. They fired more than 12 people without giving any reason in very crucial timings of corona so am heart.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
