Management is really not good, they do partiality always. Mostly this company hires employees for sites. But this company never maintain a higeinic living environment at site. If you are praying & asking for maintaining good facilities at site , they were just saying that you have to compromise bcs our site budget is very less.

They never maintain working culture at site ,They never think about employees job satisfaction, Their thinking is totally miser ( Kanjoos).

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
