The company has huge scope for growth, but due to favorism of own family members while making promotion and job responsibility. Good for starting initial innings of career.

Dislikes

Some are enjoying free meal despite non performance, no-skill, knowledge. While some are finding difficult to survive and feeling neglected and exploited despite performance, skill and hard work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
