Job Security is only one advantage in Sonata.

1. It's not an employee friendly company. 2. They do not care about employee's career growth.. Its like a shop..but not a Company. 3. They only concern about the billing. They hesitate to give new opportunity to existing employees, as managers having weak trust , confidence on their employees. 4. They do not trust existing employees, they believe in new recruitment and new hiring. 5. They do not know how to balance between Customer Billing in one hand and employees career growth on the other hand. 6. Old employees still working in the outdated technologies with underpaid. Its looks like a shop , but not a good software company who bother about their employees growth as well. 7. There is no motivation, vision, goal from Managers towards their employees..lots of gaps.. 8. Managers do not know how to keep motivate employees and make the best out of them. 9. Mostly you will work at client location if clients doesn't have projects, Immediately sonata will give you termination. No Job Security at all and no hikes and no standards.
