Very poor company. Joined 2 years back as digital architect. They stopped giving variable pay which was mentioned in the CTC. No appraisal for last two years. Medical benefits also stopped. Do not join it will ruin your career

Just take salary and forget about your value, recognition, culture and transperency.

Promotions are given if you kneel down to your managers else you are ignored. No transperency in terms of hike, appraisals. Projects are allocated based on their requirement and not as per your skills. They don't know how to utilise resources effectively. List goes on...

Earlier it used to be Job security, but now it's terrible. First they started laying off people who are on bench. Now they are laying off people who are working on projects as well. Just to adjust the cost cuttings so that the higher management can enjoy the benefits

Dislikes

... aren't achieved. No leaves will be given even when we plan them before a month. No salary hikes since last 3 years, no proper response on salary hikes. Whenever we ask for salary hikes we will be threatened with job termination. Too toxic work culture and I strongly recommend people to avoid coming to this slump.

Compensation is decent, growth depends on employee's performance and interest to learn. work pressure is medium. Sometime we might have to work more than 10hours which is very rare.

For Learning and Growing Career it is good. A good place to start , need to learn a new skill set. They do have many programs to help teach new skills. It could be computer skills, learning software, guiding you to a career you feel comfortable with.
