The upper management of the company is very supportive but specilly my reporting section just for asking the salary they fiered me because after working for entire month if a employee is asking for the salary and get fiered then this is the worst experience ever I have working in my entire experience

Overall after working if I ask for salary and I am fiered then the worst experience ever even to working in entire lockdown alone working for my team and once the man power is back they have done this thing to me was worst

Job security is average, depend on your performance Work culture is excellent, they're following MNC's Industry standard, hence no tolerance for variation. Management is good & supportive regarding the responsibilities. Company policies are good enough to live a balance life, like hospitals, compensatory off's, over time and all else.

The job is interesting, I learnt everything when i was an intern there, when I got promoted to a full time quality executive, working in Sona Beverages gave me an immense knowledge of brewing, QA, etp, & wtp.
