I appreciate the fact that I'm in a team retailing quality and reliable products. As a matter of fact, I'm privileged to travel and meet colleagues from other branches during meetings and during training sessions where we share ideas.

Dislikes

Little compensation and little growth, but intense work pressure. Sometimes, working beyond working hours, and calls from customers at nights. Senior management do not seem to appreciate views expressed leading to reservations in expressing concerns and suggestions and recommendations.

Work Details

It's very challenging as whole products marketing and daily targets are my responsibilities. I abreast myself doing market-watch on competitive brands in the market. It's my fervent hope that one day recognition will be given for my efforts.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
