no salary on time,and not complete salary not even once or twice it has been from a year dey dont pay full salary,very bad politics ,no proper restroom,very dirty work environment,no career growth,no appraisal ,no training.

to be very truthfull,its better to not to work for this company,instaed u can sit idol @ home..u dont improve either in career or financially.very bad working culture.no respect for employees.dey treat like a slave especially the manager.

The only thing I liked about sohamsaa is team mates. When I talk about team mates, it is about the one of same designation.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Nothing that keeps me or us motivated. No on-time salary. No Hike. Software team manager is managing team with absolute 0 technical skills. No time to time training about new things in market.

Work Details

Since I love coding and stuff I was bit motivating myself. Managers and TL will always demotivate, they go by no. of hours of work. not by work. There is always difference between people who work hard and people who work smart. They no nothing about it.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Only thing that we liked here is our colleagues who were ready to work day n night to achieve things.

Dislikes

Unfortunately management didnt know how to manage the resources and their colleagues. Person who doesn't know anything technically is involving which ruined every project they made.
