Senior Management Suck , corporate politics for real . Atleast few in teams like PSRT Personal and professional stuffs are intertwined. They set their own rules and ask people to abide by it, company won't be employee friendly until these geezers are removed

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
