Hi, This is vidhya.I started my career in Softeon as a fresher in 2011.The working environment is really good.Especially our team mates are very friendly and provide good guidance and knowledge sharing to learn new coding techniques and supply chain concepts to finish the task on time.

Dislikes

Every thing is good.If you provide more knowledge sharing sessions about coding and testing for freshers, during job training it will be helpful for them to learn quickly
