It works on a dedicated CRM platform and working hours are as per industrial norms.

The work culture is very poor.There is no scope for any learner or a person who has very less experience as they expect everyone to perform flawlessly like a very senior developer.If any developer is stuck on a particular bug then no team member will come to help him and instead there is a blame game that a person stuck in bugs means he is poor developer and thereby the concept of working in a team is meaningless.You need to be a standalone developer and working together in team is show off....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
