Overall it was great working with SG. It's a great company, job used to be secure earlier irrespective of performance, people used to get ample of chances even if they fail. However now the scene is very different with the new management changing lot of policies. They definitely ain't unreasonable but strict when it comes to work. Very less amount of opportunities lie there, almost no growth for five years until someone does something totally out of the box, work life balance is pretty bad as well..... Apart from it rest all is only good...
