Dear fallows, If you are expecting a good carrier growth, employee benefits, job satisfaction, new learning opportunities, introducing new strategies or technologies and more important job security. This not the company you are looking for. So please think twice before you take decision. Suggest to management : If you guys reallywant to grow or get new projects or keeping existing projects/project management ? Hire industry expertise Business Development Managers and Experienced sales person have good knowledge about Marketing. The current sales manager has 0 knowledge about the DM and don't know how to talk with clients. Treat all employee as same don't be a RACIST....Read More
