Likes

The very first thing I would like to highlight about Sobha Ltd. is the work culture & work environment. I must admit there are very few companies where you can find such environment in a office. Each & everyone is supportive helpful. One will never quit the job if Sobha pays good as well.

Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Only demerit is salary & increment. Though its not that bad compare to the market as of now. But still believe the salary should be more when compare to its quality & work culture.
