Process oriented, Best Quality of work,Individual Responsibilty handling are the best positive points I have observed while working in Sobha.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Coming to the negative points the company needs to improve its employee culture, mainly in NCR. Also, the appraisal system and work life balance needs to be taken care off. Other companies also provide the best of accomodation to its employess whereas the accomodation provided by Sobha is of worst quality and one third of salary goes in accomodation of employee only.

While working as Planning Engineer I had a mix experience of excitement, huge pressure working environment, accountability and no work life balance.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and high quality products.

The work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight In a day.
