NOTHING TO LIKE AT SOBHA I spent 6 month in the sobha, i westage my time and also skills at sobha. These 6 months are very horrible in my life, please don't go in the sobha.

There are soo many things which are very bed for employeewhich are mentioned below: 1. WORKING HOURS: At the time of joining company says timing will be 8AM to 5:30 PM, but actually there is no timing you have to spend minimum 12 hours or more. 2. SENIORS BEHAVE: All the seniors have not any sense how to talk with juniors all the time seniors using ABUSIVE language and shouting and will give unnecessary work to harrass the juniors at the time of evening when staff ready to go for staff. 3. WORK PRESSURE: In sobha there are so many work which you have to do. You have to do 02 persons work singly because seniors will not hire the staff after there resign, its company policy, dont join the sobha....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
