Dirty level language politics. Full of unprofessional management specially in Production department like senior manage, deputy manage and assistant manager they all are Tamilian. If you from other states like north states don't go there in they will make you useless. They will make you zero confidence human being. And lot of things is there to say.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
