Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! No sense of working with this company wasting of time and carers and future. Every three month they pay one month salary. Job guarantee. Management don't have ethics and work culture.

No words useless company. No future. Management don't have ethics. Employees has to wait for salary for three month. They pay one month. They won't clear the dues while employees exist. Management Chairman / MD / Directors marwadi company. The don't provide staff uniform. Safety measure zero. They don't have work culture.
