I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Ideal 9 to 5 job with no real work load nor work pressure. Lots of free time, so scope for learning new things are high. Sedentary work environment, ideal job for retired or 50+ professionals.

Dislikes

No scope for career growth and no new opportunities are provided. Yearly increments are same for all, no performance based appraisal system. Extremely autocratic leadership, servile employees are only promoted. No credible HR policies, not fit for handling young/fresh engineers.
