Ideal 9 to 5 job with no real work load nor work pressure. Lots of free time, so scope for learning new things are high. Sedentary work environment, ideal job for retired or 50+ professionals.

Dislikes

No scope for career growth and no new opportunities are provided. Yearly increments are same for all, no performance based appraisal system. Extremely autocratic leadership, servile employees are only promoted. No credible HR policies, not fit for handling young/fresh engineers.

The company doesn't have HR department. There is no promotion policy in the company. The company is run solely by Mr S.Nadimuthu who does only negative reviews, and does not allow anyone to grow in their field. He wants to keep single handed control over company. The company does not have any vision for its employees.
