Top Management is people centric Work pressure is high but enviroment is very positive Annual confrences and sports events are always enjoyable Annual employee trainning and cources

Very very bad salary increment. Nepotism in promotions Office Timings: arrive after 10, its halfday arrive after 12, its a leave Punctuality Here if you arrive in time and do absolutely no work, you are a good employee If you are late for couple of days in a year, then it's over for you, even if you work every weekend for months on end You are considered lacking discipline
