Media department has got a very superior head but her team is super weak, most of people are unwilling to learn anything new Media planning started finally and we learnt some great way to make media approaches, optimize a campaign, how to push clients, effective client communications Because she made me learn foundations of planning, I could land up a high paying job and get out from this insecured low pay job clients are good will return only if few people from team are permanently removed causing only noise within the team, sitting at a super high salary but not helping in anyways, not accountable in any ways, and yes when they can match pay with rest industry standard....Read More

Few people are good. Creative Teams - design and copy are good.

Terrible Leaders in Solutions Teams. Managers are very very bad. My previous agency junior managers know better than these. But these managers somehow have learnt to win favor with the Head. Led by a very biased Business Head. Lots of politics and stress on junior resources. No way of complaining. Work-life balance is not good. Promotions only if you are a suck-up. No job security because they can fire you anytime, if you oppose Business Head and his managers. My colleague was kicked out when he tried to speak up. Do Not Work Here!...Read More

Business Head of Bangalore has to be of concern. Women are not safe. No investigation conducted POSH is absent because he's part of it. Partiality and very bad culture. They fire people who complain about his unfair behaviour or about the bad managers. Everyone wants to leave. Even the HR, admin and every other team. Very unhappy place starting from one person on top.
