what i liked about smera ratings before joining the company dat was 1 month complete training....hahaha which didn't happened the training period was only for 10 days,which was not exactly a training..

Dislikes

Many things.....list is big...worked for mumbai region asst manager BD... me wid my colleague wer forced to leave the job,my team leader with VP both had some internal grudges between dem, the working style was ok for 2months for our team leader. Achanak se the next month everything changed as a associate vp joined the mumbai division,both tried to remove us by directly asking us to look for a different job,reason behind dis was dey didnt liked the way we wer working. haha,,which was unacceptable for me. finally took a best decision for leaving the job and staying away from dis politics @team leader good goin yaar,,apna job safe karne ke liye, aap kuch bhi kar sakte ho....Read More
