1. Salaries are not paid on time. Ever. There was a strike by the sales team because of this. 2. You have to be a real people pleaser. 3. Post resignation settlement of dues is non existent. Most of the time they are not clear about what to do. Very weak personalities. 5. Non-deserving employees get paid the highest. 6. When department heads are chosen based on popularity instead of being professional, then all you get is sycophants. 7. Your salary depend on the mood of the directors. 8.
