The worst of companies. Anything which is briefed by HR is not even happening in real. The HR who fixes your interview does not even ecist in the office to confront you. They tell you for the working hours of 9.30am to 6.30pm but then they make you sit till 9.00pm. Training for 7days itself has many mistakes. Trainers are rude. Soonafter training the staff and the managers show their real colors. None of the staff is actually cooperating. They attract people but then dupe. They let you work against your ethics and principles. Never be a part of this company. I continued for 2 more days after training. Thats it. I have been working in Smart school since 2018. I was recruited by Kush Sir He is the person who guides me. I joined as BDE and got promoted within 6 months and become Sr. BDE. Seniors are very supportive. There were had times when i was not doing sales for 3 months. At that time my seniors supported me alot. Timings are very fixed 10-7 pm. We always get salary on time.

Smartschool education is one of the best companies to start with. I have gained alot of experience and exposure in terms of travelling and meeting new people and the business related to it. As a travel member I have been toured to 22 states so far and it is like i have learned alot through these experiences.
