Nothing was good but yes the employee bonding was good and the faculty was good miss my TL's and trainers a lot and apart from that nothing was good

My experience with smarterbizz was terrible ,they will frustrate you completely .they don't own u as our employee and salary is never on time.there is no companies policies .

Worst experience ever. There is no job security. Pressure all the time. not punctual with timings. Even after delivering 8 hours, they deduct the amount from the salary. They pressurize consultants(agent's) to join the meetings even after completing 9 hours. At times meetings go on for 1 hours after giving 9 hours in the job. Later on most of them quit the job due to lack of job security, salary deduction, not punctual with timing. Also nobody gets experience certificate at any point of time. If you are a part of this organization you can survive even in the worst place on earth.
There is nothing to like about this company especially for the Flipkart process.
The AMs are not in control of their manager, there policy keeps on changing.
They hire new sets of employees make them work like donkeys once the need is over they will kick you out of the system.
Dislikes
Politics and baisness, back bitching, treating you as a bandhuaa majdoor.
This company owns your life in the name of company requirements when it comes to compensate they will not do that.
They will promise you work from home but actually they are hiring you for work from hell.
The company doesn't has any ethics or code of conduct.
They only have one rule i.e. if a person is raising a point they will simply maje that particular a behaviour issue out of that person.
Even Tl are asked to find and prove behaviour issue of the agents so, on behaviour issue basis they can be kicked out of the company.
Beware of smarterbiz Flipkart process.
