I was working in a flipkart process, first thing they absolutely do not value their employees they treat them like heard of sheep, just for saying 8 hours shift is there but every day there is useless training form useless trainers ( they do have 1-2 good trainers) rest all are useless and training time does not get counted in your shift which means every day agents have to work for 12 hours for 12k every days there is meeting and feedback session that time too does not get counted. their feedback session are very brutal auditor who gives feedback their only purpose is to humiliate agents, may be auditor get sadistic pleasure in humiliating poor agents they do not believes in constrictive feedback. Absolutely job security is not there if your score is down in any month they will drop you like hot potato. If you have any tech problem and you join tech meet in a tech department they have one guy who first humiliate you its there ritual first humiliation and then tech department will hear your problem and they do not have spine to take any action against that guy. If you are a part of this organization you can survive even in the worst place on earth. There is nothing to like about this company especially for the Flipkart process. The AMs are not in control of their manager, there policy keeps on changing. They hire new sets of employees make them work like donkeys once the need is over they will kick you out of the system.

Politics and baisness, back bitching, treating you as a bandhuaa majdoor. This company owns your life in the name of company requirements when it comes to compensate they will not do that. They will promise you work from home but actually they are hiring you for work from hell. The company doesn't has any ethics or code of conduct. They only have one rule i.e. if a person is raising a point they will simply maje that particular a behaviour issue out of that person. Nothing to like, I believe strongly that this is the worse company anyone can work for. They don't give you proper salaries and expect you to work for at least 13 hours per day if not more.

They will cut your salary for any stupid reason they can find. They will not give you salary slip because the deduction they are doing is illegal. I worked there for almost 3 months, including a 1 months training, for which I was suppose to get 3000 rs as incentive which I never received. Whenever we asked for it, the management came up with an excuse. Can you imagine how much O earned for working 3 months, almost 12 hours a day, INR6000 only.
