Environment is good some teammates are good but some are political minded and mean but some are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and i really don't like these things in work when we know we are work together but still those people trying to fool me and the company manager or CEO, i work with them 3 month as a internship before internship he promised me that he gave me stipend after three month but he neither gave me Stipend and thenhe promised me again that he gave me my money in 3 installment but still everything is just trying to fool me...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
