Nothing. The company is terrible. They rope in new recruits and suddenly they close the company. It is done every year.

Dislikes

Job security is not there. No one listen to you after you join. They will eventually cut down the perks, that were promised during offer. They might even reduce your salary as well.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Good overall experience in smart dreams pvt ltd. Good salary, growth and good culture in the company.

Good company but growth is low.

All assembly line work in the production department is under my supervision, such as assigning manpower to the assembly line for the work in which they specialize. Deal with manpower and achieving goals with their help.
