Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Working environment is so friendly and everyone helps each other at there tough times i.e. teamwork! Learning is upto the learner how they want to learn and rise above. Management understands the feelings of employees and give them best working hours either to work in day or nights. Weekly meetings boosting up your moral and motivation that is what they do.
