These guys are giving very less salary to new joinee and even to experienced once. Yaha kam karne se acha ho auto chala lo vaha jyada earning hai cheap company.

This was my first job in my life, so I'm like to say that it was better experience for me. As compared to others company in Kolhapur the salary of employees has to be on time is the greatest thing to everyone. Then there work culture is good & I personally like their management. They maintain cleanliness, good climate, and Security to each & everyone. Either it's male or female.

No there was no dislike about the company but the my issue with the night shift that's why I left that's it.

There was nothing to like while working in this company so much biasness and even facility team was not good at the time of giving drop to employees they never kept it in a good manner everyday few employees were hustling regarding such things.
