In this company fooding and accommodation is very bad. Salary delayed by 3 month. Most of staff are relative of company owner for this work culture is very horrible.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is very bad There is a huge gap between manager and employees. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are unfair and they give salary but they don't give bouns on time

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing. It’s Very bad company, no work life balance, and most important they keep one month salary means they don’t give salary of one month to anyone, worst company ever

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Funny but speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now isn't the most important thing for me. But when you have a family and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account.

Generally speaking, my work is completely challenging as I have to look after the entire project toll & route operations & routine maintenance. On the basis of liaising & administration I will get recognized for all this efforts.

They are not practicing a healthy HR Policies. When I was needed leave for medical reasons, they didn't approved my leave but due to extreme pain I went to leave they send my notice....As a result of which I have no other choice left other then to resign from my work....I resigned and they hold my salary</mark>.
