They introduce you to many new things but you have to learn and manage everything by yourself. I wish they work on their working process and the office culture so employee can work happily there.

There is no job security. They made false promises at the time of interview/ joining and after sometime when you ask for the promise they made earlier, they put there so meaningless conditions. There is no work culture. You just have to sit there for a whole day no breaks are there.. Y ou have to finish your lunch withing 10 mins and back to work.. Work culture is very friendly, supportive and encouraging. The bond between high-level and middle level is extremely praisful.

Nothing...as such. I believe I am satisfied with everything. I am really liking this work environment, and hope to stands out with this company for long-run.

As told earlier it's very enthusiastic, encouraging, friendly and growing environment. The high management always keeps theirself upto with the middle and low level employees and help them in everything.
