They introduce you to many new things but you have to learn and manage everything by yourself. I wish they work on their working process and the office culture so employee can work happily there.

There is no job security. They made false promises at the time of interview/ joining and after sometime when you ask for the promise they made earlier, they put there so meaningless conditions. Good Environment and culture. Company provides you best training and exposure to their employee .I am proud to be part of this organisation as during the time of pandemic they provide best facilities to their employee as they allow work from home and they were providing the salary to their employee. The biggest support we got is the job security . When number of companies are revising it's policy to fire its employee because of number of projects are getting ramped down which results in losses,there is no sign of fire from Skylar.
