Likes

The company has a lot of internal poltics within the management. Due to this the employees suffer. Company has good projects in hand but management politics ruins the end product. Work colleagues are cooperative. Flexible timing and average perks.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Management politics. Salary/appraisals are based on favouring employees of the management rather than the abilities of the employees. No innovative ideas. No job security.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Coordinate with prinicpal architect for execution of work. Prepare designs and modifications as per client needs. Modify cost on basis of changes from architectural plans at site.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
