Extremely Poor Leadership. Roles are not defined, you are expected to perform every single task whether it falls in your purview or not. The organization refrain themselves from ethical practices. You will find people in the leadership having no clue on how to execute activities and delegating every single stuff. They don't commit to promises that they do at starting of job and you will find them deviating from the said things. There are no Employee benefits and engagement program and HR team itself is completely blank if asked any query. The end goal and objective of the complete organization is on the toss.
