I really happy to say about the company it was well and good. that was my first field work job with the company little bit I faced a problem to manage, then after it was really good to work with the company. the teammates are good in providing the leads for me, they all come from various places and with different culture even though we use to be like a family, very helping environment , our jobs are secured my carrier was grown , they use to pay salary in in-time, work life little bit balance as average. work satisfaction was there when I'm working with them....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
