Absolutely nothing, apart from the few good colleagues who became friends.

Everything. Toxic work culture, 10-12 hour shifts on the month ends, leadership has no prior experience other than working in this company. Even the head of sales here has no prior experience than at Skillovilla. (2 years) I wonder if the C level executives are aware of what goes on in the floor. They fire people left and right, fo rce them to resign by saying that if they terminate itll be a bad rep on their profile. (most new hires here are freshers so they fall for it too) they make you work 6 days a week and even make you do follow ups and other stuff on sundays. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 3 month experience Team leads, egos as big as the sun because they've never worked anywhere else</mark>. ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. All the people that I had worked with, they were kids. mentally and emotionally. No professionalism at all. team leads are kids. But the fun part is that they think of themselves as sales gods. Ask them the SOPs of sales and tell them to answer that. i am pretty sure that they don't even know what the full form of SOP is, leave the actual answer. Company should seriously think about the culture there. looking at the timing that SALES people were working was really sad. So let tell you the real timings. Its 11AM to 9:30PM. Me being a girl my TL used to leave e early by 9PM but all the boys used to work till 10PM. I don't know what the current situation is. But still pretty sure it has not changed. There is something called life outside work, but here your work is your life. Make sure that you have this clear in your mind because this is what the company will expect from you. So anyone who is planning to join for SALES, trust me and don't join. Bless yourself. Company is very selfish. It wanted to focus more on the revenue than actually caring about the people who were generating revenue. That is the only reason that BDAs were not loyal to the company and why should they? And being a experienced professional by now, I also can understand that you cant grow our company like this. They actually don't care about the sales people. EVERYTHING. Work timings are crap. Team leads are inexperienced. firstly bring experienced team leads in the company. A guy selling product on Naaptol is very similar to what one of the team leads is doing over there. And the other one is self declared god of sales. Learn English fir st please. If you start talking about sales to him, he will start talking about himself. And rest of the team leads are of no use I think. Be ready to work on Sundays, Be ready to work till 10 PM on Saturdays. be ready to work on all public holidays and all the festivals.
