Pathetic company, no work life balance, worked for 5 months 1st 2 months they'll send you at time after that they'll make you work like donkeys till night 10-11 pm, 12 hrs of work culture, Managers will pass on religion comments and insultive behaviour. Everything Fake promise if you don’t have a sale in 15 days they throw you out and if u a consistent performer initially and then if u can’t sell they will cut 2 days of your sales every week that’s not nice I just hated working there one of the worst places to start your career with Even with the timings they said it’s from 10:30 -7:30 but on an everyday basis they will not leave you before 9:30 and the colleagues behaviour is not nice at (only seniors) owners of the company never interact...Read More
