The company is good for freshers, fast phased growing and learning environment. Timings do get hectic sometimes but wroth it for the growth you get the appraisal you get and you get promoted very rapidly.

Sales Managers are pretty chill unlike other edtech's they don't do micromanagement. The targets are also reasonable. Got to learn a lot from Rohan and Deepak. Should thank them for mentoring me

The exposure is great and have lots of opportunities to gain more insights about the work, have a lot of learning to do as a fresher, as usual the work pressure will be there and its not something that which will not be elsewhere, most important part is communication and that is happening here which if routed through correct channels you will definitely find solution to your query, I personally feel that end of the day if I have a problem and not finding a solution to it, I should communicate and resolve it, thankfully we have the head of Growth who is the bridge between the employees and the company, I and many others have received proper guidance and well communicated, further down the line the issues were resolved as well Overall SkilloVilla is a startup and making its way to the top, which will have a few hiccups down the road, but that doesn't mean its not worth giving it a try working here, and there has been no top organization which hasn't encountered these situations during their journey. The work culture here is pretty cool. The people here promote you to learn and grow. I like the ownership that you get here and also the transparency in the work operations and projects. Work-life balance is also very good here as there aren't many long working hours. Working from office is a good thing as you can be a part of various discussions from which you learn a lot of things.
