The team is really comfortable and helpfull the misunderstanding happens in minimal base as eveyone is very clear with there work and handles it peofessionally. Things like groupism is no where In the pictures they know the importance of a team

Nothing as such... Timing can be bit punctual

I as a graphic designer had lot of opportunity to work on diffrent level and gener of music event creative

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
