The skill-lync culture and environment is very good making it best place to work as the lead and managers are supportive. You get your salary on time. There is nothing to worry about traveling because it's a desk job. Scope of learning and growing is more provided given a chance. Timing is flexible too. Hardwork is rewarded and appreciated.

Very poor management and unethical yo the employees, laid off more than 1500 employees within one year, not even provided the prior notice to them and also no competition was provided. Very poor salary cycle, there will be no proper intimations in salary delay also.very poor atmosphere and cheep politics throught the company.
