It's a great place to be if you know how to play dirty politics, be your manager's puppet and demotivate others.

Dislikes

Work-life balance doesn't exist. Working extra is called 'going above and beyond'. If you don't work extra hours, you are criticized, demotivated and yelled at for the smallest of things.
