Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. The worst company in terms of hiring. After giving 6 rounds of interview and Documentation they have rejected the candidates saying the stability is not aligned. Wasted 1 month of my time. Don't apply in Sixt India, they have the worst hiring process although the recruiters and employees are friendly. The values and the practices are only on papers.

Unwilling to solve problems with thorough thinking and strategy. -> Lack of focus on shipping quality products. Later complain about bad solutions. When pushed back leaders about lack of clarity on requirements, leaders pressurize to get things done. -> Mid-management often pressuring teams to deliver on unrealistic expectations without clarity on requirements and expecting them to slog.
