Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

With the change in management and acquisition by another company they are firing people from Delhi and US offices but keeping the one intact in Chennai because the management is also Chennai based. It's not about Six red marbles, it is the nature of job that sometimes disturbs. Like you will not get enough questions in some months to meet your monthly target because students don't like studying and posting questions during holidays. So we suffer at that point of time. And it is true, when we were students, we too used to spend holidays in doing fun activities.
